As Principal, Tim brings experience spanning construction execution, real estate investing, and project development — offering clients a comprehensive understanding of both the build process and the financial objectives behind it.
Having been in and around the construction and development industry for many years, Tim has cultivated long-standing relationships with contractors, consultants, and industry professionals across the market. This depth of experience and network allows him to assemble the right teams, anticipate challenges, and navigate projects with efficiency and clarity.
Having worked from the contractor’s perspective as well as the owner and investor side, Tim understands how projects are built in the field and how they must perform from an investment standpoint. This dual perspective informs how he orchestrates project teams, evaluates risk, manages budgets, and guides decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Tim remains actively engaged from early feasibility and proforma development through construction administration, monitoring, move coordination, and final closeout — maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and schedule expectations at every stage.
His approach is non-conflicted, results-driven, and rooted in integrity, ensuring that client objectives remain the central focus of every decision.
