Tenant improvements to third- and fourth-floor office environments within the Hiram W. Johnson State Office Building.
Project Highlights
Office renovations and improvements within an existing government facility, requiring coordination across the project team while working within the requirements of an active commercial environment.
CDC Research & Corporate Offices
Richmond, California
Tenant improvements encompassing corporate office space as well as specialized research environments.
Project Highlights
The project included office space, research and vivarium laboratories, clean rooms and the specialized systems and coordination associated with these environments.

Hartwood Court | Lafayette, CA
Major Addition & Whole-Home Transformation
An approximately 3,200-square-foot addition transformed an existing 1,400-square-foot residence into a home of approximately 4,600 square feet.
Project Highlights
The project included an enlarged kitchen, an approximately 30-by-50-foot primary bedroom and bathroom suite with an indoor hot tub and sauna, and a dramatic great room with a cathedral ceiling reaching approximately 35 feet.
A later phase added an approximately 35-by-65-foot in-law unit and sunroom.

Whole-Home Interior Transformation
Approximately 3,500 square feet across the first and second floors were transformed as part of an extensive residential renovation.
Project Highlights
The project included a modern gourmet kitchen with handcrafted cabinetry and natural-stone slabs, a large great room and dedicated in-law quarters.

Residential Expansion & Modernization
An approximately 3,300-square-foot addition expanded an existing 1,400-square-foot residence into an approximately 4,700-square-foot modern home.
Project Highlights
The project included a three-car garage and workshop, an expanded primary bedroom and bathroom, a professional-grade kitchen and extensive floor-to-ceiling windows designed to enhance views of the Diablo Valley.

Custom Residence Designed Around Accessibility
This approximately 7,800-square-foot custom residence was developed around the specific accessibility needs of its owners.
Project Highlights
The structure incorporated accessibility considerations based around commercial ADA guidelines and specifications, along with specialized HVAC controls, commercial-grade plumbing and heating systems, and carefully selected doors, windows, electrical components, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and hardware.
